At Extraaa Clean, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services every time.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our policy below:

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

Refunds

As our services are time-based and provided on the day of your appointment, we generally do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer a free re-clean as outlined above.

In special circumstances, partial or full refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the situation and after investigating the issue.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time without any fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

No-Show Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at your location and cannot access your home or you are not present as scheduled, a no-show fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.
